Take A174, Thornaby Rd/A1045 and Low Ln/A1044 to Welwyn Rd in Stockton-on-Tees (3.0 miles). Head south on A19 (0.1 miles). Use the 2nd from the left lane to take the A174 slip road to Yarm (0.3 miles). At Parkway Interchange, take the 3rd exit onto A174 (0.6 miles). At Avro Anson Roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on A174 (0.3 miles). A174 turns slightly left and becomes Thornaby Rd/A1045 (0.3 miles). At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Thornaby Rd/A1045 (0.8 miles). Turn right onto Low Ln/A1044. Continue to Welwyn Rd.
Approaching from Thirsk Road, Green Lane or A67:
Head east on Green Ln/A1044. Continue to follow A1044 (0.9 miles). At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Leven Bank Rd/A1044. Continue to follow A1044 (1.1 miles). At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Low Ln/A1044 (0.1 miles). At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Welwyn Rd (400 ft).
