Step one: Knowing your ‘must-haves’
When you first visit a Keepmoat development, our friendly Sales Executive will guide you through every step. But before that, take some time to consider what’s important to you:
● How many bedrooms do you need?
● Do you want outdoor space?
● Is a south-facing garden a must?
● Would you prefer an open-plan layout?
Knowing your 'must-haves' helps us match you with the perfect home and gives you clarity during your search.
These factors will help our Sales Executive to understand which type of home is right for you. Once this has been agreed, you’ll be able to explore our showhomes and we’ll help you understand the different types of homes available and the associated price point.

Step two: Visiting our showhomes
Your showhome visit is an exciting and essential part of your home-buying journey. A showhome, also known as a model home, is a fully furnished and decorated property in a new housing development to show you what your future house might look like!
This experience will give you a first-hand look at the quality, layout and finish you can expect from your new home.


You'll also be provided with an ebrochure, a detailed site map and an up-to-date price list to take away. These materials will help you explore the various home types, styles and specification options available across the development.
The site map is a particularly useful tool for understanding the overall layout of the community and where each home will be situated. It allows you to start identifying your preferred plots -whether you’re looking for a south-facing garden or proximity to local amenities and schools.
By the end of your visit, you’ll be better equipped to shortlist your favourite homes and locations, bringing you one step closer to making your dream home a reality.

Step three: Exploring buyers queries around financial support
