At the roundabout with Pitts Heath Lane and Malmesbury Park, take the exit onto Walsingham Drive - this will bring you directly into the new development area.
FROM THE M6
If you're travelling from the M6, exit at Junction 20 and join the M56 towards Runcorn. From here, follow the M56 westbound to Junction 12, then continue as described above via the A558 and A533 towards Walsingham Drive.
