Getting here

The Orchards is close to junction 28 of the M62 and junction 41 of the M1 - giving you direct access to all the major towns and cities in the area. Less than a mile from the development is Batley Station. Here you can pick up regular Northern and Transpennine Express services to Leeds, Huddersfield, Wigan and more.

From the North:

Take the A1(M) southbound, continue straight onto the M1, at Junction 42 use the 2nd from the left lane to take the M62 exit to Manchester/Bradford. At junction 28, Use the left lane to take the A653 exit to Leeds/Dewsbury Take A653 to Soothill Ln/B6124 in Batley.

From the South:

Follow M1 to A638 in West Yorkshire.

Take exit 40 from the M1, and continue on the A638. Take Owl Ln/B6128 and Leeds Rd/A653 to Soothill Ln/B6124 in Batley.
